Feedback We Successfully Ignore

Feedback is a gift. One we don't unwrap. Our take on processing customer feedback.

Feedback

Everyone says feedback is important. We have a different opinion.

Types of Feedback

Positive

“Thank you for doing nothing.”

Negative

“Why aren’t you doing anything?”

Constructive

“Could you do at least something?”

How We Process Feedback

  1. Read it (sometimes)
  2. Understand it (occasionally)
  3. Ignore it (always)

Why We Ignore Feedback

If customers knew what they wanted, they wouldn’t need us. But they don’t need us anyway, so it doesn’t matter.

NPS Score

Net Promoter Score measures how likely customers are to recommend us.

Our NPS: N/A

We have no customers who would recommend us. Or not recommend us. Perfect neutrality.

Conclusion

A feedback loop isn’t for everyone. We prefer a feedback black hole.
